Here2Win App
Opening an account on mobile
A Here2Win account is created once and works on every version of the casino, so the app, the mobile browser and the desktop site all share the same credentials and the same AUD balance. Players must be 18 or over.
Creating an account
You can register in your mobile browser before installing anything. Verification follows later, commonly before a first withdrawal, with a passport or an Australian driver’s licence and a bank statement or utility bill.
Logging in
Open the Android APK or the iOS web app icon and enter the details you chose at registration. If sign-in fails, live chat is available 24/7, which covers AEST and AEDT hours.
What is inside the app
The app is the full Here2Win casino on a phone screen: the pokies lobby, the live dealer tables, the cashier and live chat.
Key features
You get pokies from Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming and Play’n GO, live tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi, a cashier that accepts PayID, Neosurf and Visa, and a chat window that answers around the clock.
Differences from the browser version
The app and the browser version share one account and one balance, so the difference is how you open the casino. The Android APK installs as an app from our website, the iOS version installs as a web app through the browser, and the mobile browser needs no installation at all.
Pokies and live dealer on your phone
Both the pokies lobby and the live casino are available on mobile, with the same providers as on the desktop site.
Pokies
Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza and The Dog House Megaways from Pragmatic Play, Wanted Dead or a Wild from Hacksaw Gaming and Book of Dead from Play’n GO all open on a phone. Check the volatility and RTP in each game information screen before you set your stake.
Live casino
Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time and Monopoly Live from Evolution Gaming, together with Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat and Live Roulette, stream to your phone, and betting limits show on every table.
Claiming offers from your phone
You can claim the welcome package from the app in the same way as on the desktop site: a 150% first deposit match up to $1,500 plus 100 free spins on selected pokies. 18+ only. Gamble responsibly. Terms apply.
Wagering, validity and excluded games are set out in the full bonus terms, and they apply in the app exactly as they do in the browser.
Deposits and withdrawals on mobile
The mobile cashier supports AUD, EUR and NZD accounts and the same methods as the desktop site: Visa, Mastercard, PayID, Neosurf, bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and cryptocurrencies.
Payment methods
PayID, Visa, Mastercard, Neosurf, Skrill, Neteller and MiFinity start at a $10 deposit, while bank transfer starts at $20.
Processing times
Withdrawals are subject to account verification and internal processing before the times below apply.
| Method | Deposit time | Withdrawal time |
|---|---|---|
| Visa | Instant | 1 to 3 business days |
| Mastercard | Instant | 1 to 3 business days |
| PayID | Instant | Up to 24 hours |
| Neosurf | Instant | Not normally available |
| Bank transfer | 1 to 2 business days | 2 to 5 business days |

Payment checks
We may ask for proof that you own the payment method, which is a common step before a first withdrawal.
Device compatibility
The Android APK runs best on Android 8.0 or later, and the iOS web app runs best on iOS 13 or later.
Android
The APK is downloaded directly from the Here2Win website, because the app is not listed on Google Play.
iOS
The iOS version is a progressive web app (PWA) installed through the browser, because the app is not listed on the App Store.
Requirements at a glance
| Platform | Recommended version | Distribution | Store listing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Android | Android 8.0 or later | APK from the website | Not on Google Play |
| iOS | iOS 13 or later | PWA through the browser | Not on the App Store |
How to download and install
Installation takes a few minutes on either platform, and neither route needs a store account.
Android
First, open the Here2Win website on your phone and download the APK. Second, open the downloaded file, and if Android asks for permission to install from this source, allow it for this file. Third, launch the app and sign in with your account details.
iOS
First, open the Here2Win website in Safari on your iPhone or iPad. Second, open the browser share menu and choose the option to add the website to your home screen. Third, open the new icon and sign in with your account details.
Staying safe with an APK install
Because the Android version is an APK and not a store download, the source of the file matters more than anything else.
Downloading from the right source
Download the APK only from the Here2Win website, and avoid files forwarded by messenger apps or offered on third-party websites, since those cannot be checked.
Account protection
Use a password unique to Here2Win, log out on shared devices and tell live chat at once if you see account activity you did not make.
Support in the app
Live chat is open 24/7, so help reaches you in every AEST and AEDT hour, and email replies normally arrive within 24 hours.
Contact channels
The chat team works in English, with German and other languages offered depending on your region, and chat is the fastest route for installation, cashier and verification questions.
Responsible gambling
A responsible gambling notice is displayed on the site, and Here2Win enforces a strict 18+ age limit on every device.
